  • Experience: 1 - 2 years of proven experience managing paid digital marketing campaigns.

Technical Skills:

o Expert-level knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

o Practical experience with Google Tag Manager and GA4.

o High Priority: Strong skills in Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator for image creation.

o High Priority: Proficient in video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).

  • Market Awareness: Ability to analyze market trends and competitor strategies to keep Green Savers ahead of the curve.

  • Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bengali.



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context

We are looking for a data-driven Paid Marketing Expert for our digital growth. You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok. You will be responsible for the end-to-end performance of our paid acquisition channels, from research and design to campaign management and Data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Ad Strategy: Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to drive brand awareness and sales.

  • Search & Video Advertising: Manage and monitor Google Ads, including Search (text ads), Display, and YouTube video campaigns.

  • Tracking & Analytics: Set up and maintain Conversion Tracking using Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Tag Manager (GTM), Microsoft Clarity to ensure every Taka spent is accounted for.

  • Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze campaign data to improve metrics such as ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), and CTR (Click-Through Rate).

  • Growth & Scaling: Create and execute A/B tests for ad copy and creatives to find what works best, then develop strategies to scale those winning campaigns.

  • Reporting: Prepare easy-to-understand weekly and monthly reports that show campaign progress and areas for improvement.

  • Funnel Optimization: Work closely with the marketing team to improve our sales funnel, ensuring a smooth experience from the first ad click to the final purchase.

  • Creative Content Production: Design eye-catching ad images and edit short-form videos (Reels/TikToks) that resonate with our audience.

  • General Marketing Support: Collaborate with the team on various digital marketing tasks to help the company reach its growth targets.
