Job Context:
∎ Epsilon International is UK based educational service provider. We provide Entrance Exam Preparation for all countries (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, and others) for scholarships and admissions, IELTS, Spoken English, TOFEL, SOP writing and English Basic Foundation. We also provide UK accredited degrees and OTHM courses (https://othm.org.uk/) in a range subjects. Currently, Epsilon International works in 4 countries as an educational service provider (UK/India/Pakistan/Bangladesh).

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the day-to-day operations of the institution and ensure smooth functioning.
∎ Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance the institution's reputation and OTHM student
∎ enrolment.
∎ Lead and manage a team of OTHM teachers, staff, and administrative personnel.
∎ Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professionalism, and collaboration.
∎ Monitor and evaluate the performance of OTHM subject faculty's and staff, providing guidance and
∎ support as needed.
∎ Coordinate with academic departments to ensure curriculum quality and alignment with educational
∎ standards.
∎ Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the institution's compliance with regulations
∎ and OTHM accreditation standards.
∎ Collaborate with external stakeholders, including parents, OTHM regulatory body, and educational
∎ partners.
∎ Manage the institution's budget, financial resources, and procurement processes.
∎ Stay updated of current educational trends, technologies, and best practices to continually improve the
∎ institution's offerings.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in written and spoken English.
∎ Sound knowledge of OTHM, educational policies, regulations, and quality assurance processes.
∎ Ability to adapt to changing environments and manage multiple priorities.
∎ Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
