Experience Requirements:

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): managerial experience in an educational institution, or a similar setting

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the day-to-day operations of the institution and ensure smooth functioning.
∎ Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance the institution's reputation and student enrolment.
∎ Lead and manage a team of teachers, staff, and administrative personnel.
∎ Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professionalism, and collaboration.
∎ Monitor and evaluate the performance of faculty and staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
∎ Coordinate with academic departments to ensure curriculum quality and alignment with educational standards.
∎ Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the institution's compliance with regulations and accreditation standards.
∎ Collaborate with external stakeholders, including parents, regulatory bodies, and educational partners.
∎ Manage the institution's budget, financial resources, and procurement processes.
∎ Stay updated of current educational trends, technologies, and best practices to continually improve the institution's offerings.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent command of English (both written and verbal).
∎ Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in written and spoken English.
∎ Sound knowledge of educational policies, regulations, and quality assurance processes.
∎ Ability to adapt to changing environments and manage multiple priorities.
∎ Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
