Experience:

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

• Diploma in Nursing
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Nursing

• Diploma/BSC in Nursing from an accredited academic institution and recognized & registered by Bangladesh Nursing & Midwifery Council (BMDC)

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

• At least three 3 years` experience including 1 year as OT Nurse, preferably in hospital or clinic.

• Registered and licensed to practice by the BNMC.

• Experience working in 24/7 health facilities, including supervising and mentoring other health staff.

• Experience in emergency response.

• Availability and experience for night duty shifts.

• Contract Type: Contractual, till 30 June 2026

The Opportunity

• The Operating Theatre Nurse works with the Anaesthetist and Surgeon to ensure safe, high-quality surgical care and adherence to nursing and infection prevention standards. The role includes peri-operative nursing, assisting in surgeries and emergencies, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting patient counselling. The OT Nurse collaborates closely with the clinical team to uphold professional and patient-centred care in line with national and WHO guidelines.
