∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Excellent communication skill, Financial Products/ Services Marketing, Objection Handling, Ophthalmology, patients Care, Patients Counseling
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ DECH provides Comprehensive Eye Check Up with super specialty services on Cataract and Phaco Surgery, Glaucoma, Vitreo-Retina, Cornea & External Disease, LASIK & Refractive Surgery, Pediatric Ophthalmology, Orbit and Oculoplasty, Neuro-ophthalmology, Contact Lens, Ocular Trauma, Dry Eye, etc. to the people of Bangladesh.
∎ This is a full-time position at the Dhaka Eye Care Hospital, Uttar, Dhaka.
∎ This is an in-house marketing activity, describing the diseases to the patients and helping them make decisions to uptake the services from DECH.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The patient's Counselor must counsel the patient by describing the disease and conditions and insisting the patient update the surgery or laser from DECH.
∎ The patient's Counsellor will act as.
∎ Guide and companion
∎ Information giver
∎ Facilitator
∎ Help in decision making
∎ Negotiator
∎ Supporter
∎ Comforter
∎ The link between doctor and patient
∎ The link between patient and family
∎ Developed Report and submit to the management.
∎ Increase the surgery and laser uptake rate
∎ Increase the Follow-Up rate of the patients
∎ Help to increase the PSI
∎ Help to reduce the waiting time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Bright and pleasant look
∎ Willingness to serve
∎ Clarity of thought
∎ Simple and clear communication
∎ Compassion and kindness
∎ Good listener
∎ Basic knowledge of Ophthalmology
∎ Understand the patient and act accordingly
∎ Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills(Both English and Bangla)
∎ Flexibility in responding to change or business needs
∎ Ability to ensure established productivity, effectiveness, training and quality goals, accept &incorporate feedback
∎ Excellent attendance and punctuality
∎ Ensure patient satisfaction
∎ Ability to work independently and learn on the fly.
