∎ Training/Trade Course: Trained in Institution of Psychology,Diploma in Sales Marketing
∎ Skills Required: Clinical Psychology, Psychological Counselling, Psychology

Job Context:
∎ Dhaka Eye Care Hospital (DECH) is a premium eye hospital in Bangladesh. The hospital provides Comprehensive Eye Check Up with super specialty services on Cataract and Phaco Surgery, Glaucoma, Vitreo-Retina, Cornea & External Disease, LASIK & Refractive Surgery, Pediatric Ophthalmology, Orbit and Oculoplasty, Neuro-ophthalmology, Contact Lens, Ocular Trauma, Dry Eye etc. from 1999 to the people of Bangladesh.
∎ Develop strong and trustworthy relationships with relevant OPD & IPD patient in order to assure the growth and development of the business for long term organizational maintenance& development.
∎ DECH is seeking Ophth. Counselor for a leading eye hospital who will select Premium OT package for the precision & betterment of the eye surgical patient
∎
∎ DECH is going to expand its services with quality. As such, DECH will recruit at least five "Ophthalmic Patient Counselors" to attain the highest level of satisfaction of DECH OT patients.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure special service to all OT Patients
∎ Motivate & Proper counseling to all OPD & IPD Patients
∎ Monitor Cabin Nurses Duty for OT patients
∎ Daily Task Distribution of all counselors ,monitoring Target of OT Patients and task quality of team members.
∎ Preparing Roster of team members
∎ Collect customers (Patients)feedback, increase Facebook liking, Videography of surgical patients(Phaco / Lasik)
∎ Perform multitasking job duties in under pressure
∎ Receive and make call to the customers Conducting training for new joiners in counseling Dept. when required
∎ Leading,Guiding,and overall management of the team members of the self-assigned dept.
∎ Daily Task Distribution of all general counselors ,monitoring Target of OT Patients and task quality of team members.
∎ Preparing Roster of all other counselors
∎ Collect customers (Patients)feedback, increase facebook liking, Videography of surgical patients(Post operative Phaco / Lasik happy patients)
∎ Perform multitasking clinical job duties in under pressure
∎ Receive and make call to OT patients
∎ Conducting training for new joiners in counseling Dept. when required Leading,Guiding,and over all management of the counselors of the self assigned dept.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills(Both English and Bangla)*Flexibility in responding to change or business needs*Ability to ensure established productivity, effectiveness, training and quality goals, accept &incorporate feedback*Excellent attendance and punctuality*Ensure patient's satisfaction*Ability to work independently and learn on the fly *Presentable,Smart, Having Good Appearance,Hard Working ,Always like to do challenging job and definitely result oriented, able to do effective sales call in everywhere
