Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ At Least Business Graduate/Science Graduate preferably completed from DU, NSU, RU, CU, SUST with minimum working experience in any World Class Eye Hospital/ General Hospital/ Any Multinational Pharmaceutical Company as Marketing Executive/ Business Development Executive for 5 years and Definitely experienced in convincing patients for OPD, IPD, OT services .He has to lead a team of Ophthalmic Counselors and maintain their Duty Roster routinely
∎ University of Dhaka students will get preference
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Patient Psychology,Motivation,Marketing
∎ Training/Trade Course: Marketing Training,Patient Counseling course
∎ Skills Required: Business Development, Corporate Marketing, Corporate Sales, Customer relationship, Customer Service

Job Context:
∎ Develop strong and trustworthy relationships with relevant OPD & IPD patient in order to assure the growth and development of the business for long term maintenance.
∎ DECH is seeking Ophth. Counselor for a leading eye hospital who will select Premium OT package for the perfection & betterment of the surgical patient
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure special service to all OT Patients
∎ Motivate & Proper counseling to all OPD & IPD Patients
∎ Monitor Cabin Nurses Duty for OT patients
∎ Daily Task Distribution of all counselors ,monitoring Target of OT Patients and task quality of team members.
∎ Preparing Roster of team members
∎ Collect customers (Patients)feedback, increase Facebook liking, Videography of surgical patients(Phaco / Lasik)
∎ Perform multitasking job duties in under pressure
∎ Receive and make call to the customers Conducting training for new joiners in counseling Dept. when required
∎ Leading,Guiding,and overall management of the team members of the self-assigned dept.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum Graduate with practical working experience as Hospital OT patient Counselor or Patient Counselor in any Leading Eye Hospital.
