Job Context:
∎ Reporting to the Head of YouTube (vacancy), you will work in tandem with the Commercial Manager - YouTube (position filled) who is responsible for acquisition and influencer marketing.
∎ Backed by recent investment, Bongo is growing at a rapid pace and is looking for an experienced manager to take charge of the operational output of our YouTube department. You will be responsible for implementing and improving work processes within and between teams with the aim of maximising performance in a scalable way. Targets and KPIs will be set to measure output and productivity.
∎ This position is available on a full-time basis as part of our 100+ team, in our office in Baridhara J-Block.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Improve the output of our teams in an efficient and scalable way in order to meet monthly and quarterly KPIs and objectives
∎ Ensure the team's output contributes to the performance and (revenue) growth of our partner's YouTube channels
∎ Work with the analytics team to constantly measure impact and suggest improvements in process or strategy to the Management
∎ Ensure timely reporting and clear communication on key metrics both among your teams and to the Management Team
∎ Oversee the correct and prompt operation of the copyright management process by the YouTube and Legal teams
∎ Manage, motivate and develop the team in a way that is scalable and sustainable

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimal 7 years of total working experience, of which at least 3 years managing a team of 20+ people
∎ Proven experience in successfully managing scalable growth in a fast-paced environment
∎ Track record of being process-oriented and data-driven
∎ Previous experience in e-commerce, digital marketing or digital content a bonus, but not required
∎ Enthusiastic to work in a dynamic start-up environment with a young and diverse team in several countries
∎ Fluent English and Bangla language proficiency (Nepali, Hindi or Sinhala are a plus, but not required)
∎ You may be required to travel abroad (Nepal, Sri Lanka, India, Myanmar) to train and streamline operations in our local subsidiary offices.
