∎ Recruit, train, and mentor restaurant managers and staff.
∎ Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
∎ Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
∎ Coordinate with the supply chain to ensure timely availability of inventory.
∎ Implement marketing and promotional activities in collaboration with the marketing team.
∎ Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high morale.
