• HACCP or Basic Food Safety & Hygiene certificate (advantage).

• The ideal candidate should have at least 3-4 years of experience in a leadership role as Assistant Manager. 

• Males are allowed to apply

• Ability to work under pressure and ability to work for long working hours as per job requirements.  

• Good communication skills.       

• Prior experience in restaurants, cafes, and Quick Service Restaurants (QSRs).         

• Follow the Restaurant policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety/security.

• Preferred start date As soon as possible. 

Job Context:

We are seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager with 3-4 years of experience in restaurants, cafes, and Quick Service Restaurants (QSRs).

Job Responsibilities:      

• Responsible for overseeing guest interactions.        

• Problem solver and good leadership skills.       

• POS management, customer relations, sales reports, upselling, and overall outlet management.        

• Should be familiar with the local market, due to the dine-in nature of the restaurant.      

• A groomed and articulate candidate is essential.       

• Candidates with 5+ years of experience in the restaurant industry are preferred for this role.
