Supervise and lead field teams (Agents, DSSs, DSOs, DAOs, etc.).
Ensure achievement of bKash KPIs (e.g. Transactions, Registration, Bill payments, Savings, Business Collection, Remittance).
Daily operations monitoring and regular performance reporting.

বিকাশ-এর KPI (ট্রানজেকশন, রেজিস্ট্রেশন, বিল পেমেন্ট, সেভিংস, বিসনেস কালেকশন,রেমিটেন্স ইত্যাদি) অ্যাচিভের জন্য কার্যকরী পরিকল্পনা গ্রহণ ও বাস্তবায়ন।
রিপোর্টিং ও পারফরমেন্স মনিটরিং।
