Responsibilities & Context:
Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the park;
- Ensure that all operations are carried out with standards;
- Supervise support staff to maintain seamless service delivery;
- Monitoring Ticket counter, rides sales operations;
- Handle operational issues, emergencies and customer complaints in a timely & professional manner;
- Supervise & coordination with daily labor, park cleaner, gardener, security, ticket counter & ride sales;
- Responsible for all operations in absence of Park Operation Manager;
- Any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
