Hands-on experience with HFO based heavy duty generators and Co. Generation (steam Turbine) including associated auxiliaries and plant equipment is mandatory
Experience in Wartsila W20V32 model engines and Triveni Steam Turbine will be given preference
Responsibilities & Context:
Hosaf Group is inviting applications from competent & potential candidates for the position of “Operation In-Charge (Engines & Co. Generation)” for 113 MW HFO based Power Plant.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the operation and maintenance of HFO-based power generation units as per SOP
Ensure uninterrupted power supply by monitoring engine, turbine parameters and troubleshooting issues promptly
Implement and enforce plant operating procedures and safety protocols
Supervise the shift team to ensure efficient operation and teamwork
Provide technical support and guidance to the Shift in Charge, junior operators and technicians
Maintain accurate logs of operational data and prepare operational report to Plant In charge
Monitor fuel consumption and efficiency metrics to ensure compliance to Plant In charge
Act promptly to manage any system faults or emergencies, including blackouts or equipment malfunctions
Coordinate with the maintenance team for timely corrective actions
Support plant In Charge as per requirements
Any other tasks imposed by the Management
