∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist Operation Manager to function smoothly
∎ Required to Inspect and monitor the deployment of guards physically at day and night as per roster
∎ Meet clients on regular basis to get feedback on service problems and resolve client complains ASAP.
∎ Ensure that Post Orders are available on the post and guards on the post are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
∎ Send incident report to Head of Operation on occurrence of any serious incident within area of responsibility.
∎ Monitor average work hours of all guards to see that Over time (OT) is evenly distributed and strictly ensure that uniform practices take place in allocating OT or leave.
∎ Facilitate administrative support Clothing, Equipment and material support required for guarding operations.
∎ Conduct on job training for guards skills enhancement based on emerging client expectations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Must have excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Bengali.
∎ Smart, pleasant personality, confident and possesses interpersonal skill.
∎ Proficient with computer knowledge.
∎ Must have Motorcycle Driving License
∎ Sound physical and mental health
Salary: Tk. 20000 (Monthly)
