Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor or equivalent degree in humanities and social sciences.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare regular reports on project performance, including environmental and social assessments.
∎ Monitor project progress and ensure regular evaluations to ensure goal achievement.
∎ Conduct field visits to social care centers.
∎ The capability to write project proposals for donor entities.
∎ Monitoring and follow up with donors and financiers of such projects.
∎ Communicate and interact with stakeholders, including partners, beneficiaries, and local communities.
∎ Develop sustainable project plans and implement them, including setting goals and identifying necessary financial and human resources.
∎ Evaluate the environmental, social, and economic aspects of projects and ensure compliance with sustainability standards.
∎ Analyze potential risks and develop strategies to address them.
∎ Ensure project compliance with local and international environmental, social, and economic standards and regulations.
∎ Ensure compliance with reporting requirements and disclosure of project information.
∎ Provide recommendations to improve project performance and ensure the achievement of sustainable goals.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Previous experience in a similar field of 3-5 years.
∎ Knowledge of environmental, social, and economic standards and regulations.
∎ Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with various stakeholders.
∎ Analytical thinking and risk management skills.
∎ Proficiency in English and Arabic.
