∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Computing & Information System
∎ Auditing or similar.

∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Revenue Management for motels and hotel.
∎ Review bookings and respond to guest enquiries and communicate with hotel management team.
∎ Review bookings and ensure policy compliance by making sure guests payments are collected, invoices issued and followed through until paid. post payments to the guest accounts and liaise with hotel management team so there are no overdue accounts.
∎ Review bookings and ensure company credit policy is complied with.
∎ Monitor market and advice on room rates and make necessary changes to hotel room rates using PMS/Channel Manager.
∎ Update PMS and OTA extranets/channel managers and websites so the information available to guests are up to date and current.
∎ Reconcile bookings received and upload guest stays with franchisor extranet for the purpose of commission payments based on GRR.
∎ Respond to guest reviews in a way so that bad reviews turn into strengths for the business.
∎ Submit daily reconciliation report.
∎ Any other works that are relevant to the role.
