Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement effective online marketing strategies targeting both local and international markets.
∎ Promote travel services across various digital platforms to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
∎ Plan and execute engaging marketing campaigns for both domestic and international destinations.
∎ Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.
∎ Handle online reservations and maintain customer communication effectively.
∎ Manage domestic and international flight bookings, re-issuances, cancellations, and ticketing through online portals, and IATA GDS (Sabre / Galileo / Amadeus). Offer clients competitive fare quotes, route options, and cost-effective travel solutions based on their preferences and requirements.
∎ Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers, vendors and team members.
∎ Ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and complex booking requests with professionalism and empathy.
∎ Ensure client satisfaction through professional service delivery.
∎ Perform any other task assigned by the management as per operational needs.
