Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, HSC
∎ Running Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Good communication skills, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, Online Marketing, Social Media Marketing

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Online Marketing, Tele Marketing
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should be able to handle telephone inquiries.
∎ Incumbents should have expertise in Ms-Office operation.
∎ Should be able to good communicating Skill especially focus on Prospect Customer to handle quires/ dissatisfaction about product.
∎ Explaining ideas and information to Farmers.
∎ Able to find out the Farmers requirements and accordingly ensuring Farmers satisfaction at all time.
∎ Record maintain & reporting.
∎ Liaison with other stakeholders.
∎ Maintain quality service by following organization standards.
∎ Building customer loyalty through follow-up over calls.
∎ Solve customer query through our online platform

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication skills in English and Bengali
∎ If Experience in International Call Center will get preference
∎ Ability to Work Under Pressure
∎ Must be a good team player.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self driven & have good personality.
∎ Proficient in MS Office Package.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills.
∎ Needs to have considerable knowledge/ understanding of Human Resource.
