Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce products/services and assess their needs.
Work with sales and marketing teams to create effective outreach plans.
Meet monthly sales goals to support company growth objectives.
Maintain high service standards during client interactions.
Fulfill additional tasks as assigned by management.
Document customer interactions accurately and manage the sales pipeline using the company`s CRM system.
Workable on 12 Hours shifting 11am - 11pm GMT+6, 1 hour for lunch or rest.
1 short break (15 minutes) during the shift to recharge.
Able to start work Immediately
Have a computer or laptop at home and a stable internet connection
Probation period 3 months
No students or part-time candidates will be considered for this role.
Job Other Benifits:
1 rest day a week. Wages during probation is TAKA30000 per month. Wages after promotion is TAKA35000 + commission (Paid twice a month).
