Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans.
∎ Conducting research on local industries for understanding current marketing trends.
∎ Developing strategies to boost brand reputation.
∎ Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new product launches.
∎ Writing content for brand promotions, press release etc.
∎ Continuously work for developments of currents products.
∎ Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
∎ Responsible for brand management and to enhance brand awareness, image and equity.
∎ Assisting with advertising agency to supervise advertising and promotional campaigns.
∎ Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels including online and social media.
∎ Management of marketing activities in a way that promote higher profitability and competitiveness.
∎ Oversee trend and product line direction with the ability to create a focused brand concept.
∎ Evaluate and resolves technical feasibility, design optimization, and production issues.
∎ Researches and monitors existing product base and industry development and identifies potential new product opportunities.
∎ Ensure advance development and new innovations in products are captured and available for design.
∎ Design product collection on seasonal basis for different customers focusing on existing and new markets.
∎ Provide overall product related research & development direction, information and guidance to all relevant departments specially designers and merchants while serving as a business partner to the managing director.
∎ Provide guidance and support to other team member and staff.
∎ Other relevant tasks
Additional Requirements:
