Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure the target and quality hybrid seed production.
∎ To ensure land selection, making layout, supervise seed soaking and seed treatment.
∎ Monitor and implement transplanting, applying fertilizer and pesticide in seedbed and main field.
∎ To ensure field operation of hybrid seed production
∎ To supervise field supervisor and verify the work.
∎ To check PI stage and adjustment of GA3 application.
∎ To monitor and supervise pollination and GA3 application.
∎ To ensure post-harvest activities of hybrid seeds.
∎ To supervise rouging ,harvesting ,threshing weeding, herbicide.
∎ Planning, implementing and making decision according to field situation.
∎ To ensure optimum plant population of hybrid according to manual.
∎ To prepare report, keep official documents and all kinds of register.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Supervisor.
