Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), Master of Commerce (MCom)
∎ ICMA 1000 Marks completed
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer short pays, billing disputes and chargebacks
∎ Weekly reporting of invoicing totals/aging totals/cash receipts/invoice adjustments
∎ Manage cash application making sure all cash receipts are applied properly
∎ Monitor & ensuring processing of invoices
∎ Enter/supervise the entry of credit memos and other adjustments as needed
∎ Preparing monthly Bank reconciliation statement
∎ Support the maintenance of the purchase order process with procurement and supply chain teams
∎ Manages monthly closing of financial records and posting of month end information; ensures accuracy of financial statements
∎ Tracking and record every information regarding LC commission and others charges of Import and Export
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
