Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve company's goal through Direct marketing & Sales
∎ Search distributor and dealer sales point across the country
∎ Willingness to visit across the country for creating distributor/dealer and accelerate sales
∎ Visit architecture and interior firms for product presentation and ensuring sales
∎ Have the capacity work under pressure specifically under sales target
∎ Have the capability to respond to the clients query in a timely manner
∎ Create a strong client base relationship for potential opportunities.
∎ Meeting prospective clients and promote about projects.
∎ Receive and attain customer complaints and ensure seamless service delivery.
∎ Ensure proper collection and target recovery.
∎ Looking for new customer hunting to lead generate
∎ Ensure the best customer service
∎ Monitoring customer demand & trends
∎ Providing daily/weekly/ monthly reports of sales

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to ride motorcycle
∎ Having knowledge about the country

Salary: Tk. 12000 - 20000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Performance bonus
∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
