∎ CC Complete/CA/CMA (Partly qualified ) or any professional certifications will be an added advantage.

∎ Age 28 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Determine the scope of financial, operational, and information technology audits using appropriate audit procedures and techniques to ensure timely audit completion.
∎ Prepare the audit plan and submit it to the line manager for each audit engagement within the stipulated time.
∎ Perform routine audits in factories, ghat operations, and warehouses to ensure compliance with applicable acts and regulations.
∎ Conduct scheduled market visits to verify the prices of purchase items and materials.
∎ Execute scheduled sales audits to verify that sales activities are conducted in accordance with company policy.
∎ Perform post-audit checks on the payments process to ensure compliance with existing policies.
∎ Verify the authentication of day-to-day financial transaction-related documents using the iBOS web application.
∎ Check inventory and fixed asset registers against software-generated reports through regular physical counts.
∎ Conduct surprise investigation audits for special assignments as required by senior management.
∎ Ensure audit findings are supported by root cause analysis and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
∎ The Internal Auditor will execute audits across financial, operational, and IT areas to ensure compliance and accuracy within company operations. This role involves preparing audit plans, conducting routine and surprise audits, and providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
