Additional Requirements:
- Age 25 to 35 years
- Experienced in Garments Division (Specially in EPZ)
- Revise shipment documents to make sure they follow instructions from Head Office.
- Honest, responsible and committed person.
- Computer literacy is must (Excel, Word and Access).
- Knowledge and proficiency handling web based logistic.
- Proficiency in speaking & writing in English & Bengali.
Responsibilities & Context:
Vast Knowledge about import and export documentations processes.
Sound Knowledge of Banking & L/C Opening Possess.
In Depth Knowledge on Air & Sea Freight Operations & Custom Bond related work.
Follow up and co-ordinate air & sea shipments goods with nominated logistic Operation and fright forwards
Get approval for goods shipments from Head office or Dhaka office colleagues.
The individual must play vital role to run huge volume of freight shipments to be several destinations.
Keep complete record of goods shipped and get updated sailing schedules.
Prepare Various Reports According to Customers and Suppliers.
Prepare Route Plan according to delivery schedule. Any other related tasks as assigned by the management/Authority.
