∎ Ability to prepare different trial designs.
∎ To set GOT and varietal performance trial.
∎ Knowledge on production technology of different crops.
∎ Ability of variety screening.
∎ Ability to prepare annual R & D budget.
∎ Keeping and maintaining records.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Superior.
