Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Com or MBA in Accounting/ Finance with CA-CC.
∎ Preference will be given to candidates having completed knowledge level.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist supervisor for timely completion of booking and preparing accounting reports.
∎ Prepare payment voucher for Donor / SMC funded programs.
∎ Maintain month wise voucher & provide auditors as and when required.
∎ Track advance payment and monitor and adjustment thereon.
∎ Check travel bills & prepare voucher.
∎ Prepare reconciliation of Bank Accounts (at least 6 statements monthly).
∎ Make party payments on the basis of approved vouchers and collect money receipts from parties.
∎ Open tender with procurement department and check for compliance.
∎ Maintain fixed asset register and assets movement register, affix assets identification number on assets as per fixed assets schedule and report regularly.
∎ Prepare, collect and book monthly rental income, utility bills, and other related works of SMC Tower-2.
∎ Carry out any other responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ At least 2 years’ experience in the relevant field. Candidates having experience in donor funded project will be preferred.
∎ Maximum 35 years’ age.
∎ Excellent communication skills both in English and Bangla.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office application suite with integrated accounting software.
∎ Must possess high level of integrity.
Salary: Negotiable
