Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Salary and Wages through Software in Head Office.
∎ Prepare Temporary worker wages of factory on fortnight basis.
∎ Prepare over time monthly basis.
∎ Check petty cash transactions.
∎ Check MRR of Clay Bills.
∎ Maintain Provident Fund Loan Accounts.
∎ Prepare Accounts of Transport.
∎ Prepare cash voucher.
∎ Preparing daily & monthly petty expense statement.
∎ Preparing the payments sheets of workers participation fund benefits.
∎ Preparing and checking the Group Insurance statement of staff, Officers and workers for Insurance Company.
∎ Any other job as and when assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Sound knowledge on Accounts & Finance.
∎ Good in English writing.
∎ Good in team work.
