Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Must be target-oriented with a strong focus on results.Set up and manage distributor and dealer networks as required.Conduct daily visits to distributors/dealers following a defined route plan, and proactively resolve issues.Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new dealers, and stay connected with retailers.Achieve daily/monthly sales targets and report target vs. achievement regularly.Actively promote and increase sales through strategic planning and field execution.Ensure both primary and secondary sales targets are met.Prioritize and ensure cash sales where applicable.Assist in sales planning and execution.Forecast market demand and align activities to meet those demands.Ensure sustainable growth in assigned territory and increase market share.Acquire in-depth product knowledge on own products as well as those of competitors—focusing on pricing, features, marketing strategies, distribution policies, and promotional tactics.Ensure product availability in the market at all times.
