∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Chemical Industries, Plastic/ Polymer Industry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Efficiently and effectively communicate product information to clients.
∎ Daily Market visit for target meetup.
∎ To perform market development related initiatives according to the given instruction of the superiors.
∎ Plan and achieve new customer network expansion target by monthly , quarterly and yearly with searching new customer.
∎ Market Analysis.
∎ Coordination with production, R&D, SCM department.
∎ Collaborate with team member to optimize results.
∎ Follow up with clints on sales order, invoice, payment collection, product delivery.
∎ Monitor and analyze market trends, Market competition and threat.
∎ Visit regularly constantly old and new clients, arrange & attend meeting, constantly follow up.
∎ Manage long term business relationship with the clients to consistently achieve established sales plan/ Targets/ collection targets.
∎ Achieving target of assigned territory.
∎ Additional tasks as per management requirement.
∎

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be proficient in driving motorcycle.
∎ Excellent active listening, negotiation , and presentation skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and if needed long hours to complete the task.
∎ Strong ability in problem solving and decision making.
