• Knowledge of IFS & OMS systems for shipment tracking.

• Familiarity with L/C documentation, export contracts, and compliance regulations.

• Prepare all export documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international trade regulations.

• Prepare sales contracts for export transactions in coordination with relevant departments.

• Follow up on Letter of Credit (L/C) processes, shipment approvals, and payments.

• Work closely with banks, Export Promotion Bureau (EPB), Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce & Industry (MCCI), and industry associations for export-related formalities.

• Book shipments both online and manually, ensuring timely and cost-effective logistics solutions.

• Coordinate with transport authorities, C&F agents, freight forwarders, and customs authorities to ensure smooth clearance and shipment processes.

• Create and close Shipment IDs, updating them in IFS & OMS modules for proper tracking and documentation.

• Maintain close coordination with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, logistics providers, and financial institutions, to ensure seamless execution of export operations.

• Monitor export-related financial transactions, ensuring timely invoices and payments.
