Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct recruitment and training of the female security personnel
∎ Monitor and supervise of female security personnel
∎ Ensure annual performance evaluation of the team.
∎ Motivate, counsel and handle grievance of female field staff including female housekeepers.
∎ Look after welfare issues of female security personnel.
∎ Perform regular field visit as per plan.
∎ Look after & visit accommodation facilities of female security personnel.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Preferably 01 year experience from relevant field & fresher's with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply as well.
∎ Willing to stay in company accommodation at Ashulia Savar.
∎ Extensive traveling at various post
∎ Must have personnel management and good leadership skill
∎ Hard working & energetic
∎ Within 30 years of Age.
