Experience:

• At least 2 years

• Masters
• Bachelor/Honors

• Msc/Bsc in computer science, MS in Data Science, Statistics, BBA/MBA in MIS, Finance, AIS.

• At least 2 years

• Age At most 35 years

• Minimum 2 years of experience required (Relaxable for relevant work experience).

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros).

• Experience in MIS reporting and dashboard creation using tools like Power BI, Excel, or Google Data Studio.

• Ability to design and maintain PowerPoint presentations with data visualizations.

• Familiarity with microfinance software platforms is highly preferred.

• Comfortable working with data validation, cleaning, and report automation.

• Understanding of regulatory reporting standards, particularly related to CIB and Microcredit Regulatory Authority (MRA).

• Experience preparing and submitting reports to external stakeholder.

• Strong documentation and record-keeping abilities for audit readiness.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and field teams.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy MIS Officer to manage and enhance our Management Information System (MIS). The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting data operations, system maintenance, and regulatory reporting—particularly in the context of the Credit Information Bureau (CIB) and Microcredit Regulatory Authority (MRA).

Key Responsibilities:

1. CIB & Data Management

• Collect, validate, and manage credit data from internal and external sources.

• Develop and maintain scheduled MIS reports; ensure high standards of data quality and consistency.

• Support CIB reporting and system compliance.

• Produce an Excel function that will extract, summarize, and analyze data.

• Visualize data through dashboards, charts, and presentations power point.

2. Field & Operations Support

• The ability to operate different types of microfinance software.

• Provide remote/on-site IT and MIS support to field teams.

• Train staff on MIS tools and data protocols.

• Monitor system performance and maintain infrastructure.

• Optimize workflows.

3. Regulatory & MRA Reporting

• Prepare and submit reports in line with regulatory standards (CIB, MRA).

• Ensure timely submission and proper documentation.

• Maintain accurate records for audits and reviews.
