Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc in CSE from any recognized University

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installing OS and configuring user computer systems(Windows,MAC)
∎ Able to Troubleshoot & Installation of Computer Hardware & software related product like Brand PC, CLONE PC, Notebook, printer, Projector, Motherboard, UPS, Scanner Security and surveillance product, Computer accessories.
∎ Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems within lowest possible time.
∎ Arrange/Purchase Spare parts for department.
∎ Have to know installation operating system ,backup ,restore.
∎ If required have to manage IT procurement from local vendor ,collect IT product from local vendor and submit and required location or vice versa.
∎ Good knowledge on file sharing and CPU troubleshooting and find the solution.
∎ Maintain Service Register
∎ To provide report (Daily, Weekly & Monthly) To Manager.
∎ Update & store all service documents / file I manual / installation software / user guide & others if necessary.
∎ Keep knowledge of all new models of products & ensure spares in advance.
∎ Good co-operation with other colleagues to ensure maximum output.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 1 years experience.
∎ The applicant should have experience in the following area(s): Hardware Engineer/Support Engineer.
∎ Additional Job Requirements:
∎ Must have practical work experience in Hardware Setup and troubleshooting.
∎ Quick learner with good problem solving ability.
