∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Technology, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial and production engineering
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Industrial Production Engineering Professional Certification
∎ Training/Trade Course: GSD,PMTS,MTM
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Co-ordination with the planning department for allocation of similar styles, capacity plan, line plan, and factory monthly plan based on the history of the line and factory efficiency
∎ Make a capacity graph and balance the line to achieve the targeted efficiency
∎ Analyze future style and do pre-production activities for ensuring back to back layout change
∎ Increase skill inventory and record to meet the future demand
∎ Balance all sewing lines with proper skill allocation
∎ Simplify/Deskill the process and reduce SMV by method study and automation
∎ Any other task is given by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Preferred IPE/Textile background. But others are also ok if have good technical experience
∎ Having knowledge of GSD/PMTS/MTM will be considered an additional advantage
∎ Must be good in Excel
∎ Must have sound knowledge of all sewing processes
∎ Experience 3-4 years
