∎ Age 30 to 36 years
∎ Demonstrable graphic design skills.
∎ Experience with computer-aided design.
∎ Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign and other graphic design software.
∎ Should be honest, energetic and polite in manner with positive personality.
∎ Must be efficient in net browsing.
∎ Knowledge in Brand Principles Adaptability and Analytical Skill (Brand, Creative, performance).
∎ Flexible and mature approach with ability to work unsupervised.
∎ Willingness to work in the company for long period.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Paragon Group is one of the leading and largest business conglomerates, we are looking for innovative, dynamic & experienced candidates for its Graphic Design team.
∎ Job Responsibility:Develop and design brand logo and new product packaging, adaptation, resizing, 3D mock up and output for final printing.
∎ Design offline communications like; advertisements, flyers, 2D Illustration, banners, brochures, magazines, signs and sticker's materials and prepare output.
∎ Design online media creatives for social media post, banners, blog image, ads, info-graphics, etc.
∎ Basic copy-writing skills and content creation and converting briefs into creative visuals.
∎ Must be proficient on high end photo retouch (product/people), color correction, masking, shadow, background removal, background design.
∎ Keep up to date about competitors' work and industry trends.
∎ Develop new and creative ideas from time to time.
∎ Any other assignment given by the superior/management.
