Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Finance Accounts
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Independently lead and manage the Finance and Accounting division to ensure daily accounting work in an efficient manner.
∎ Maintain and prepare all kind of vouchers, Cash Book, Cheque Register, Bill Register, General Ledger & different registers related to Finance & Accounts.
∎ Develop and maintain working relationships with Bankers, Auditors and regulatory agencies specially IDRA (Insurance Development & Regulatory Authorities), Tax & VAT.
∎ Ensure daily data entry in the accounting software independently in due time.
∎ Preparing all sorts of vouchers of all transactions with proper supporting documents.
∎ To review various type of cash requisition for fund allocation.
∎ To make posting of various types of vouchers, bills, and invoices etc. in Software.
∎ Maintain proper coordination with the internal and external auditors to satisfy audit queries.
∎ To deal with Tax/VAT matters independently.
∎ To perform other task assigned by management from time to time
∎ Supervise, track and evaluate day-to-day activities;
∎ Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting & finance department including month and end-year process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, treasury, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, check runs, fixed asset activity and debt activity
∎ Analyze monthly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows)
∎ Ensure year-end books for audit
∎ Contract outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary
∎ Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement
∎ To review the institution's financial conditions, financial position and recommend viable alternatives for establish credibility of accounts and finance department by providing timely and accurate accounting and financial service to the entire company.
∎ Develop management reporting/ analytical tools/ key indicators for accounts and finance section.
∎ Take part in monthly/half yearly budget preparation and analyze the variance.
∎ Preparation of Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly Financial Statements.
∎ Any other work / responsibility as and when assigned by the Management of the company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication skills in English & Bangla (both written and spoken)
∎ Sound knowledge in computer applications and internet;
∎ Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation;
∎ Outstanding client service, communication and organizational skills
