Job Context

We are looking for a proactive and self-motivated professional for the position of Officer / Executive – Compliance. The selected candidate will support the Compliance team in QMS, EMS, FSMS and OHSMS-related work at the Head Office and assist corporate compliance with the factories. The role also involves reporting on compliance matters, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining compliance records. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Job Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain detailed records of individual and group activities.

• Report on compliance matters to the Compliance Head and communicate with the Compliance Officers on such matters.

• Assist the Compliance Officers in coordinating with other departments, including Legal, HR, Admin, Accounts and IT, to ensure effective implementation of the compliance and integrity program.

• Assist the Compliance Officers in ensuring that appropriate standards, practices and internal controls, including a code of conduct, are adopted, published and explained to those affected.

• Ensure and maintain appropriate records of compliance.

• Collect the manpower list from HR and submit it to the insurance company.

• Collect the yearly coverage list and profit margin from the insurance company.

• Communicate with different insurance companies, negotiate, and collect insurance proposals.

• Support compliance-related work (QMS, EMS, FSMS and OHSMS) at the Head Office and support corporate compliance with the factories.

• Visit different units from time to time and report accordingly.

• Perform other compliance-related functions assigned by the Head of Department.
