Job Responsibilities:
∎ Accurately enter data into the company's database, including product details, inventory levels, and customer information.
∎ Update and maintain accurate records of international shipments, tracking numbers, and delivery status.
∎ Collaborate with the Relationship Manager and Inbound Supply Chain team to ensure accurate representation of raw material against order.
∎ Conduct regular audits of inventory data to identify and rectify discrepancies.
∎ Assist in processing and tracking customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment in collaboration with the Inbound and Outbound Supply chain Teams.
∎ Coordinate with the Relationship Manager to resolve any order-related issues.
∎ Verify the accuracy of data entries to prevent errors in inventory, pricing, and customer information.
∎ Cross-reference data with various system-generated data to ensure consistency.
∎ Generate routine reports.
∎ Perform data analysis on different insights as per requirements.
∎ Provide timely and accurate reports to support decision-making within the department.
∎ Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and information flow.
∎ Collaborate with the IT department to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role.
∎ Proficient in data entry and management software (e.g., MS Office, ERP systems).
∎ Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
∎ Strong organizational and time-management skills.
∎ Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
∎ Understanding international shipping and logistics processes is a plus.
