• Strong knowledge of LC procedures and import documentation

• Familiarity with Bangladesh banking and customs processes

• Good communication skills in English

• Strong organizational and follow-up ability

• Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation management

We are seeking a capable Commercial Officer who will be engaged in international sourcing and import operations, managing end-to-end commercial activities with primary responsibility for handling LC processes and coordinating import transactions between Bangladesh and China.

Responsibilities:

• Handle complete LC documentation and processing for import transactions

• Coordinate with banks, suppliers, freight forwarders, and C&F agents

• Manage import/export documentation including PI, CI, PL, BL, LC, and customs papers

• Communicate with overseas suppliers, particularly China-based vendors, regarding shipment and documentation

• Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely clearance of goods

• Ensure compliance with Bangladesh import regulations and banking requirements

• Track commercial timelines and maintain accurate records of all transactions

• Support management with cost tracking, landed cost calculations, and reporting

Salary: BDT 35,000 – 45,000 (Negotiable based on experience)
