Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check daily expenditures, vouchers, Requisitions, and daily transactions.
∎ Maintain all account books/registers/ledgers etc.
∎ Entry all kinds of accounting adjustment transactions in ERP Software.
∎ Handle accounting software-ERP independently.
∎ Prepare and maintain all the vouchers, requisition slips & bills.
∎ Budgeting and reporting support
∎ MIS & data analysis for Sales, Purchase, Production, Realization, Payment, Inventory, Receivable, Payable, etc.
∎ Oversee preparation of sales data segregated customer-wise, unit-wise, raw materials used, pre & post costing.
∎ Analysis of sales & marketing data to aid decisions related to the achievement of sales targets.
∎ Understand the business direction and needs and develop solutions, roadmaps, and assessment of potential business impacts.
∎ Analyze manufacturing costs and prepare regular reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs.
∎ Check all transactions like receive vouchers, payment vouchers, and Journal vouchers maintained by accounts software.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have good communication skills.
∎ Sound knowledge of Computer Literacy (MS Excel, Accounting software like “ERP”).
∎ Should be sincere, polite, dynamic, hard-working & willing to work under pressure.
