Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain accurate records of all daily transactions.
Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
Ensure accuracy in payments and manage all financial aspects of the company’s supply chain.
Stay informed about changes in taxation laws and financial reporting regulations and ensure compliance with them.
Collaborate with departments such as Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Operations to ensure accurate financial reporting related to their activities and transactions.
Prepare all types of payments, process bank transfers, and manage bank transactions for contract management bills.
Prepare and submit TDS & VAT returns promptly.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and various MIS reports.
Any other task assigned by the authority.
Must have skill to maintain Tally ERP software.
