Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare daily vouchers, cash book, ledger, fixed assets register, stock register and other registers as required
∎ To ensure daily data entry in the 'Tally' software
∎ Maintain banking / finance related various activities
∎ Dealing with Bank transaction and Bank reconciliation
∎ Communicate with relevant stakeholders on financial issues
∎ Prepare procurement related papers, budget and financial statements
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.
