This dynamic role focuses on delivering exceptional client experiences and engaging with our audience through various digital channels. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with a strong understanding of social media trends and a passion for customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

  • Client Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met throughout their journey with us. This includes managing inquiries, providing information, and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.

  • Upfront Customer Service: Greet and assist walk-in customers and visitors with a friendly and helpful demeanor, providing initial information and directing them appropriately.

  • Phone and Digital Communication: Efficiently manage incoming phone calls, addressing inquiries, taking messages, and directing calls to the appropriate personnel. Respond to customer queries and comments across various digital platforms, including email and social media direct messages.

  • Social Media Engagement: Actively manage and grow our presence on key social media platforms such as TikTok and Facebook. This includes creating engaging content (e.g., short videos, posts, stories), monitoring trends, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing performance to optimize strategies.

  • Blogging and Content Creation: Contribute to our online content strategy by writing engaging blog posts related to our services and industry. This may involve researching topics, drafting content, and optimizing for search engines.

  • Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve customer issues or concerns, escalating complex matters when necessary and ensuring a satisfactory outcome for the client.

Context

This position is integral to our customer-centric approach, directly impacting client satisfaction and brand visibility. You will be at the forefront of our interactions, representing the company with professionalism and enthusiasm. Your ability to effectively manage client relationships, coupled with your proficiency in navigating and leveraging social media platforms, will be crucial for success.

Previous experience in the tourism industry is preferable, as it will provide valuable insight into the unique needs and expectations of our clients. However, strong customer service skills and a proven track record as a proactive social media user are paramount. You will work closely with various internal teams to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all clients and customers.
