Experience:

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Tea Garden, Group of Companies, Research Organization, Healthcare/Lifestyle product

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food & Nutrition
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food Science & Technology
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Public Health

• Additional certification in Food Safety, Tea Technology, or Quality Assurance will be an advantage.

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Tea Garden, Group of Companies, Research Organization, Healthcare/Lifestyle product

• Age 25 to 34 years

• Strong knowledge of nutritional science, food safety, and labeling guidelines.

• Familiarity with tea’s functional health benefits and herbal blends.

• Good communication and report-writing skills in Bangla & English.

• Willingness to travel to tea estates or research labs if required.

We are looking for a Nutritionist (Tea) who will work at our corporate office to research, analyze, and highlight the nutritional and functional values of tea. The selected candidate will play a key role in R&D, product development, and compliance with food safety standards, ensuring that our tea products meet both local and international consumer expectations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze nutritional values of tea varieties and blends.

• Provide scientific insights on the health benefits of tea.

• Support product development and innovation with nutrition-focused research.

• Ensure compliance with national (BSTI) and international (ISO, HACCP) food safety and nutrition standards.

• Collaborate with R&D and marketing teams to develop nutrition-focused communication for consumers.

• Conduct research on functional teas (green tea, herbal tea, specialty blends) and emerging market trends.

• Prepare nutritional labeling and technical documentation.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Authority or Management Authority.
