Education:

Additional certification in Food Safety, Tea Technology, or Quality Assurance will be an advantage.
Requirements:

Willingness to travel to tea estates or research labs if required.
Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a Nutritionist (Tea) who will work at our corporate office to research, analyze, and highlight the nutritional and functional values of tea. The selected candidate will play a key role in R&D, product development, and compliance with food safety standards, ensuring that our tea products meet both local and international consumer expectations.
Job Responsibilities:
Analyze nutritional values of tea varieties and blends.
Provide scientific insights on the health benefits of tea.
Support product development and innovation with nutrition-focused research.
Ensure compliance with national (BSTI) and international (ISO, HACCP) food safety and nutrition standards.
Collaborate with R&D and marketing teams to develop nutrition-focused communication for consumers.
Conduct research on functional teas (green tea, herbal tea, specialty blends) and emerging market trends.
Prepare nutritional labeling and technical documentation.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Authority or Management Authority.
