∎ The Nutrition & Health Deputy Program Manager will be responsible for overall supervision of Camps emergency lifesaving program implementation, detection, referral and follow up system. Eenforce technical monitoring tools, including close follow-up of programme indicators. To liaise and coordinate with other stakeholders in area of intervention.
∎ This role offers huge scope for development within a growing, dynamic organization. The person will act as the key responsible for implementation of the Nutrition & Health program and for maintaining external coordination and liaison for the program with the support and direction of his/her supervisor.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Your Details Responsibility will be:
∎ Objective 1: Provision of Clinical Care:
∎ Ensure systematic triage of malnourished children coming to the SC.
∎ Ensure that the admission criteria are respected in the SC.
∎ Ensure the accuracy of anthropomorphic measurements taken in the SC.
∎ Take the history from each patient and conduct thorough clinical examination.
∎ Provide appropriate treatment to the patients according to prescribed guidelines.
∎ Make round routinely for the proper follow up and monitoring of the patients.
∎ Ensure the phase nurses and registrars are monitoring the patients regularly and correctly according to the standard protocols (weight change, presence of edema, temperature, surveillance recorded, appetite etc.).
∎ Ensure proper counselling and health education to the caregivers by the staffs.
∎ Identify and manage critically ill patients promptly, and refer them to higher center if required.
∎ Objective 2: Team Management:
∎ Draw up a planning of the work involved for each subordinate posts and evaluate at regularly.
∎ Provide strategic directions and input/ feedback to staff regarding any missing link towards proper implementation of the programs for quality assurance.
∎ Organize regular meetings with the team and report the outcome to the line manager.
∎ Manage the duty time/ work schedule of the staff including absence and overtime.
∎ Assist PMs/Coordinators in identifying areas for staff's capacity building.
∎ Assess the training need of the staff and recommend them for specific training.
∎ Organize capacity building program and on-the-job training for SC staffs.
∎ Objective 3: Drugs, Supply and Financial Management:
∎ Ensure daily inventory and consumption register is maintained properly.
∎ Ensure SC drugs stock report, food items stock report, non-food items stock report monthly and/or when required.
∎ Ensure requisition request for drugs, food items and non-food items when needed.
∎ Ensure every bill (payment voucher, local transport cost, casual labor bill etc.) are documented and submitted properly.
∎ Ensure daily maintenance of detailed financial credit, debit and balance register.
∎ Objective 4: Data Management and Reporting:
∎ Make sure that daily, weekly and monthly records of beneficiaries (admissions, cured, defaulters, death, transfer, gain of weight, length of stay, etc.) and all relevant data are in place.
∎ Prepare and submit statistical report in prescribed form monthly and when required.
∎ Prepare and submit case inventory in prescribed form monthly and when required.
∎ Objective 5: Coordination, Collaboration, Supervision and Advocacy:
∎ Maintain proper communication and collaboration with other partner organizations (Save the Children MSF, IOM etc.).
∎ Ensure that close follow up and feedback system is in place for the referral cases between SC, health posts, OTP, and SFPs.
∎ Ensure proper communication, collaboration with other ACF programs (mental health, food security, WaSH etc.).
∎ Inform timely the nutrition program manager and/or responsible personnel about any problem encountered in the program.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 1-2 Years working experience in clinical services.
∎ Experience in management of Acute Malnutrition (SFC, TFC, CMAM, care practices) is a plus.
∎ Managerial skills: Communication skills, supervision and delegation, people management etc.
∎ Good organization skill and ability to work in a team.
∎ Professional written and spoken ENGLISH and BENGALI.
∎ Good command on Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.

Salary:
∎ Gross monthly Salary BDT 93,699/

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Festival Bonus: 02 (Two) Festival Bonus (Equivalent of two Basic Salary)
∎ Provident Fund: 7.5% of Basic Salary
∎ Performance Bonus: from 30 % to 80% of monthly Gross salary per year vary from performants
