Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's Degree in Nutrition
∎ Master's in Public Health
∎ Training in IMCI, CMAM, C-MAMI or IYCF

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee and be responsible for programme coordination, at OTP/TSFP/BSFP sites within designated catchment areas in Kutupalong camp
∎ Ensure general coordination in the implementation of CMAM activities, including OTP/TSFP/BSFP, IYCF, and C-MAMI
∎ Support a strong community programming component by ensuring seamless coordination between outreach-based and nutrition site staff and activities
∎ Ensure nutrition-site and outreach staff function within their expected level of training and responsibilities, as needed to fulfil their duties within the CMAM structure. Support the implementation of new training modules when appropriate.
∎ Facilitate the implementation of supportive supervision at nutrition sites. Recognise trends in supportive supervision feedback/results and liaise with the Nutrition Expert and Nutrition Program Manager to strategize appropriate communication and interventions.
∎ Support the Nutrition Expert and Nutrition/Project Officers to ensure national and international standards are consistently met. Anticipate areas where increased support may be required and communicate with the Nutrition Expert and Project Manager. Actively contribute to a strategy to improve or maintain quality indicators.
∎ Attend internal and external training sessions as required.
∎ Compile accurate, timely internal reports and analyses as required.
∎ Assist in the selection process of newly hired staff members if requested.
∎ Maintain open and professional relations with team members, promoting a strong team spirit, and provide guidance to enable staff to successfully perform in their positions
∎ Oversee the completion of performance evaluations of staff members, as directed
∎ Provide support and mentor ship to nutrition/ community site leadership as appropriate.
∎ Report any suspected or identified fraud cases at the nutrition site to the Project Manager
∎ Follow up on serious or sensitive beneficiary feedback as directed by the Nutrition Expert or Project Manager
∎ Attend nutrition meetings at field level as requested by the Nutrition Project Manager
∎ Liaise with Government representatives, donor representatives, and other partners providing nutrition and health activities in the project areas
∎ Refer to the Nutrition Project Manager before making any verbal or written commitment
∎ Coordinate with the nutrition logistical officer to ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained at all times in the nutrition site.
∎ Oversee the general maintenance of a safe, and hygienic space within the nutrition site.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 2 years' work experience in nutrition programming
∎ Previous NGO Experience
∎ Experience in technical administration of CMAM programming
∎ Experience working with infants 0-6 months
∎ Written and spoken Bangla and English
∎ Fluent in written and spoken English (Desirable)
∎ Basic computer skills with experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
∎ Problem solving ability.
∎ Attention to detail
∎ Advanced training in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience working with paper-free electronic documentation systems
∎ Desire to serve the refugee community
∎ Enjoys working in a team
∎ Respectful and kind with other staff and beneficiaries
∎ Capacity to be flexible when facing difficult working conditions
∎ Able to work well under pressure
∎ Willingness to travel and stay in the field
∎ Good communication skills
∎ Able to oversee multiple tasks, prioritising and delegating as required
∎ Able to build trust and enforce procedures

Salary: Negotiable
