∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Palong Nursing Institute is looking for someone who can take challenges and is willing to serve Nursing Institute for at least 2 (two) years.
∎ Coordinate and guide the Students of own class
∎ Check the Lesson Plan if it is done according to the Syllabus and present the same to the section in-charge for approval
∎ Counsel to the Guardians/ Parents as and when required
∎ Organize different Annual Programs (Science Fair, Cultural Program, Debates etc.)
∎ Take initiative whenever it is necessary in order to uphold the image of the Institution
∎ Take initiatives against any sort of disciplined activities by any of the subordinates or students
∎ Supervise the Teacher - Parents meeting and Result Day
∎ Counsel Parents/Guardians regarding their children's problems
∎ Conduct theoretical & Practical Classes as per Syllabus and Palong Nursing Institute Management
∎ Motivate and Counsel the students and their parents/guardians through follow-up to ensure 85% class attendance and to reduce dropout
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least One (2) year experience as a Instructor/ Teacher/ Lecturer in a formal Educational Institution
∎ Candidate must be good at communication and must have adequate knowledge in producing all sorts of reports and presentations
∎ Candidate should be able to function effectively independently as well as in groups
∎ Ability to work on tight schedule and must be able to meet the deadlines
∎ Hardworking, honest, energetic and innovative
∎ Have creativity, integrity, initiatives and imagination
∎ Prepare to accept challenges and work under press
∎ Person with disability are encouraged to apply
