Under Health Sector, CSS is running a nursing institute at Tilok, Rupsha within the campus of 100-bed hospital. The institute is duly registered under Bangladesh Nursing and Midwifery Council (BNMC) and has been providing 4-year diploma in nursing since January 2019. We are looking for experienced Nursing Instructor who will be responsible for overseeing the academic activities of this nursing institute and thus contributing to the satisfactory academic performance of the students.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure students enrolment according to the target;

• Conduct classes as per routine;

• Assist Principal in developing and implementing year plan and budget;

• Ensure completion of academic syllabus by the students within scheduled class/sessions;

• Perform necessary activities as the house tutor/ hostel superintendent;

• Ensure discipline among the students of the institute;

• Arrange all types of programs/events on different occasion;

• Ensure conduction of co-curricular activities for the students;

• Assist Principal during any external visit;

• Prepare question papers and conduct examinations accordingly;

• Provide necessary support to Principal for taking any disciplinary measures;

• Assist Principal in reporting and necessary documentations;

• Ensure proper protection and maintenance of all assets of the institute;

• Carry-out necessary communication with BNMC and other relevant government departments;

• Support CSS management by providing important and necessary information;

After being permanent upon successful completion of the probation period (six months), other benefits will be provided as per the organizational policy i.e., provident fund, gratuity, festival bonus, yearly increment, staff insurance (kormi Bima), medical allowance (Kormi Sohayota Tohobil) etc.
