Job Context:
∎ Service Provider Staff Qualification and Job Description for Shariatpur Municipality (Urban Primary Health Care Services Delivery Project, Phase-II, RIC
∎ Work Station: CRHCC, Shariatpur

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide selected components of ESD care as specified by service delivery protocols.
∎ Conduct procedures as specified in service delivery protocols included selected family planning services; MR;
∎ Refer clients to designated centers for any complication / high risk pregnancies / advanced diseases as per guidelines specified in the referral system protocol;
∎ Promote breast feeding, postpartum contraceptive use, correct health seeking behavior, proper nutritional practices, good personal hygiene etc. through group counseling of clients;
∎ Administer ESP services specified for outreach level; refer to CHC / CMC for other services, following established referral system

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
